Faktisk oplever mange arrang\u00f8rer et fald i no-shows p\u00e5 op til 90 % takket v\u00e6re s\u00e5danne v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de glemmer de ikke, hvorn\u00e5r det finder sted! <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Send p\u00e5mindelser:<\/strong> Send relevante informationer til deltagerne nogle dage f\u00f8r arrangementet. Du kan sende en generel p\u00e5mindelse til alle tilmeldte eller skr\u00e6ddersy e-mails til forskellige grupper. S\u00f8rg for at personligg\u00f8re med flettefelter, s\u00e5 det f\u00f8les som om, du taler direkte til dem.  <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Planl\u00e6g dine e-mails p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd:<\/strong> Lige f\u00f8r et event er der altid meget at g\u00f8re. Spar dig selv for noget stress ved at planl\u00e6gge dine e-mails i Conference Manager p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd. Du kan pr\u00e6cist v\u00e6lge den dag og tid, n\u00e5r de skal sendes! <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inds\u00e6t en nem afmeldingsmulighed:<\/strong> For at holde styr p\u00e5, hvem der reelt kommer, b\u00f8r du inds\u00e6tte et link i dine e-mails, hvor deltagerne kan afmelde sig, hvis deres planer \u00e6ndrer sig. S\u00f8rg for, at du har aktiveret afmeldingsmuligheden i grundops\u00e6tningen \u2013 det holder din deltagerliste opdateret, og m\u00e5ske frig\u00f8r det en plads til en anden. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Send SMS-opdateringer:<\/strong> Til sidste detaljer eller vigtige p\u00e5mindelser kan en SMS v\u00e6re guld v\u00e6rd for at sikre, at deltagerne ikke g\u00e5r glip af vigtig information s\u00e5som m\u00f8dested eller \u00e6ndringer i tidsplanen. Husk at tilf\u00f8je mobilnummer-feltet ved tilmelding, s\u00e5 du har telefonnumrene klar, n\u00e5r tiden er inde. <br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No-shows beh\u00f8ver ikke at v\u00e6re en fast og uundg\u00e5elig del af eventplanl\u00e6gning.
