Men som eventplanl\u00e6gger ved du, at ro og overskud ikke kommer af sig selv. Det kr\u00e6ver struktur, test \u2013 og et system, der underst\u00f8tter dine valg.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Her f\u00e5r du en praktisk tjekliste, der hj\u00e6lper dig med at planl\u00e6gge dit n\u00e6ste arrangement i Conference Manager:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. V\u00e6r ude i god tid<\/h3>\n\n<p>Systemet kan meget, og det fungerer bedst, n\u00e5r du har tid til at opbygge det ordentligt. Har du sikret, at du og dine kolleger kan logge ind i Conference Manager og har adgang til arrangementet? Har du testet eksterne logins og ankomstregistrering? Skal du printe on-site, og har du afpr\u00f8vet, at det virker? Har du testet Wi-Fi-forbindelsen p\u00e5 stedet? Jo tidligere du starter, desto mere tid har du til at v\u00e6re kreativ og rette eventuelle fejl.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Opret en testtilmelding til dig selv<\/h3>\n\n<p>N\u00e5r du opretter mailskabeloner, kan du sende et preview til dig selv for at tjekke layout, formatering og billeder. Men v\u00e6r opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, at previews ikke viser unikke links, der fx genereres hvis en deltagerkategori kr\u00e6ver invitation fra systemet. Derfor: Opret dig selv som testdeltager, gennemf\u00f8r hele tilmeldingen og send mailen &#8220;rigtigt&#8221; via systemet. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de tester du b\u00e5de indhold, links og adgang pr\u00e6cis, som dine deltagere oplever det, samtidig med, at du kan se hvordan tilmedinger fremg\u00e5r for dig som arrang\u00f8r i Conference Manager. Har du ankomstregistrering eller on-site-print, er det ogs\u00e5 vigtigt at teste det gennem din egen tilmelding og p\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de simulere hele dit arrangementsflow fra start til slut.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Bed om deltagernes mobilnummer<\/h3>\n\n<p>Mobilnummeret kan v\u00e6re afg\u00f8rende i sidste \u00f8jeblik. Hvis der opst\u00e5r \u00e6ndringer p\u00e5 eventdagen, kan du sende en SMS direkte fra systemet \u2013 husk at bruge oplysningsfeltet Mobilnummer, som er et standardfelt. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Upload materialer, f\u00f8r deltagerne sp\u00f8rger efter dem<\/h3>\n\n<p>Slides, menu eller praktiske oplysninger \u2013 upload dem til downloadsiden allerede inden arrangementet. G\u00f8r det let for deltagerne at finde materialerne via mail eller app. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Husk at rydde op, hvis du kopierer et arrangement<\/h3>\n\n<p>Conference Manager g\u00f8r det nemt at genbruge tidligere arrangementer \u2013 men husk at gennemg\u00e5 alt grundigt, f\u00f8r du \u00e5bner for tilmelding. Tjek fx: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Er datoer, lokation og tider opdateret?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ligger der gamle tilvalg, navneskilte eller materialer?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Er mailskabeloner opdaterede og stadig relevante?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skal deltagerkategorierne justeres?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gemmer der sig en m\u00f8deindkaldelde fra det tidligere arrangement?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. G\u00e5 alle faner igennem \u2013 hele vejen<\/h3>\n\n<p>Inden du offentligg\u00f8r dit arrangement, er det vigtigt at gennemg\u00e5 hele ops\u00e6tningen \u2013 faneblad for faneblad.
