Derfor vil vi med gl\u00e6de l\u00f8fte sl\u00f8ret for, hvordan vores platform g\u00f8r tilmeldinger lettere for arrangementer som <strong>AI DAY<\/strong>, \u00e9t af Danmarks st\u00f8rste AI-events. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den 13. november samles f\u00f8rende AI-eksperter for at dykke ned i, hvordan AI kan optimere arbejdsprocesser og hj\u00e6lpe med at tr\u00e6ffe bedre beslutninger. Vi er stolte af, at Regin Jensen, grundl\u00e6gger af Nioba og arrang\u00f8r af AI DAY, har valgt vores platform til at styre hele tilmeldingsprocessen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regin Jensens erfaring med Conference Manager<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lad os h\u00f8re, hvordan Conference Manager har underst\u00f8ttet Regin Jensen i planl\u00e6gningen af sit arrangement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tilmeldingsprocessen er en af de st\u00f8rste fordele \u2013 sammenlignet med andre platforme er den langt mere brugervenlig, enkel og overskuelig.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ops\u00e6tningen af programmet og de forskellige designmuligheder har v\u00e6ret nemme at arbejde med. Samtidig er det enkelt at strukturere og organisere materialet til AI Day. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Arbejdsprocessen i Conference Manager er gennemt\u00e6nkt fra start til slut. Vi oplever, at vi bruger markant mindre tid i systemet sammenlignet med tidligere l\u00f8sninger, hvilket g\u00f8r hele processen langt mere effektiv. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>En anden vigtig faktor er den positive respons, vi har f\u00e5et fra vores deltagere p\u00e5 den nemme tilmeldingsproces. De l\u00f8bende tilbagemeldinger, vi har modtaget \u2013 is\u00e6r sammenlignet med andre l\u00f8sninger p\u00e5 markedet \u2013 fremh\u00e6ver denne forbedring. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Alt i alt er vi mindre frustrerede og mere produktive, hvilket har gjort planl\u00e6gningen af AI DAY til en langt bedre oplevelse<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips fra AI DAY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Regin Jensens feedback understreger, hvor enkelt arbejdsflowet er blevet p\u00e5 alle stadier af eventplanl\u00e6gningen ved brug af Conference Manager. Ved at holde det simpelt sparer vi ikke kun tid for arrang\u00f8rerne, men g\u00f8r det ogs\u00e5 nemt for deltagerne at tilmelde sig. Her er, hvad vi kan l\u00e6re af AI DAY:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>G\u00f8r tilmeldingsflowet<\/strong><strong> simpelt:<\/strong> En enkel og overskuelig tilmeldingsproces hj\u00e6lper p\u00e5 at f\u00e5 flere til at tilmelde sig, s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r h\u00f8jere deltagerantal.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Effektivitet:<\/strong> Brug event-teknologi til at sikre et str\u00f8mlinet arbejdsflow, s\u00e5 mindre tid g\u00e5r med h\u00e5ndtering af tilmeldinger, og der frig\u00f8res ressourcer til andre vigtige opgaver.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Positiv feedback: <\/strong>N\u00e5r deltagerne har en god oplevelse, er de mere engagerede og tilb\u00f8jelige til at give positiv feedback p\u00e5 dit arrangement.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brug intuitivt design: <\/strong>Har du set de sm\u00e5 sjove fugle i f\u00f8rste trin af tilmeldingsflowet?
