Personal email addresses
For known, named people when the invitation is connected to each individual recipient.
- Personal details and other fields can be prefilled.
- Each person's status can be tracked individually.
- When the person registers, they are automatically moved from the Invitation list to the Participant list.
Group emails
For invitations that are not connected to one specific person, such as a shared email address or an invitation that can be forwarded.
- Personal details and other fields cannot be prefilled in the same way.
- Recipients are not tracked individually in the Invitation list.
- When someone registers through the invitation, the group email remains in the Invitation list, and the Participant list does not show who registered through that specific invitation.
In short: Choose personal email addresses when you know the recipients and want to prefill details and track them individually. Choose group emails when the invitation should not be connected to one specific person.
