Update to the Accommodation tab

We have rolled out a redesigned Accommodation tab! This update is created to give you a clearer overview and a smoother setup experience when configuring accommodation for your events — including hotels, rooms, availability, capacity and pricing.

The core functionality will stay exactly the same — this update is focused on improving the interface and presenting your accommodation options in a more intuitive and logically structured hierarchy.

With the new design, you will get a better overview of your setup — whether you are configuring accommodation for the first time or managing multiple rooms and hotels. All features will remain unchanged; they will simply be easier to access and faster to work with.

What’s new?

  • A clearer and more intuitive structure tailored to organisers.
  • Stronger visual separation between Hotel and Room setup view.
  • A more guided flow when you create your first accommodation option.
  • Improved toggles and labels for availability and room re-sale management.
  • A cleaner and more structured overview of essential room settings.

These changes are designed to make it faster for you to configure accommodation and easier for you to manage participant access and availability at scale.

What doesn’t change?

  • All booking, pricing and VAT logic will continue working as before.
  • Participant accommodation selections and registration flows will remain unchanged.

Available now

The redesigned Accommodation interface is available. You will see the new design in the Accommodation tab on your events. You do not need to take any action.
