The design and structure of the Website tab in Conference Manager has been updated.
The familiar functions remain, but they are now presented in a new, structured and user-friendly overview.
Previous design
In the previous design, when you clicked the Website tab, you had two sub-tabs:
1. Basic setup
Here you managed access, web address, event overview, two-factor protection, metadata, and more.

2. Design and activation
Here you found a checklist for setup, and you had the option to open the Website Designer and publish or unpublish your website.

New design
Now, the Website tab has been reorganized into two clear sections:
1. Setup and activation
Here you manage the design, activation, and technical setup of your event website:
- Website Designer: Open the Website Designer to create and customize the design of your event website.
- Publishing status: Publish or unpublish your website with one click.
- Basic setup: Manage website access, contact email, meeting requests, web address, event code, and whether the event is included in the event overview. (Meeting invitations can now also be found under The Event → Basic setup → Confirmation and ticket.)
- Two-Factor authentication: Add extra login protection for participants.
- Google Analytics: Connect your website with Google Analytics for visitor tracking.
- Modules: Control whether the event is included in the XML data structure.
- Metadata for social media and event overview: Add a title, description, and image that will appear on social media and in the event overview.

2. Written content
Here you manage the texts that appear on the website, including:
- Registration completed
- Order overview
- Privacy policy
- Cancellation terms and conditions
- Event terms and conditions
- Messages for closed registration, unpublished website, fully booked events, or waiting lists

What does this mean for you?
- The functions are the same as before, but easier to find thanks to the new structure.
- Setup and activation: Design and technical settings.
- Written content: Editable texts on your event.
The updated Website tab is now live and available to all Conference Manager users.
