How many licenses do I have?

You can view your organisation’s licenses and manage access yourself:

Open one of your events → Click on The Event. Click Add/remove colleague in the Colleague access box on the right.

In the window that opens, you’ll see:

  • Under Colleagues with access to the system:
    A list of all active user licenses in your organisation
  • A checkmark next to each name shows who currently has access to this specific event
    (you can grant or remove access by ticking/unticking users)

If a colleague is missing from the list, you can purchase an additional license directly by clicking Add colleague.

If your organisation uses License Manager, please contact the person responsible for managing licenses to request a new license.
