Participants can edit their choices and their personal details after registration if editing is enabled for the event.
Personal details can only be edited if the specific fields are not locked.
Enable editing for participants:
Go to The event → Basic setup and click Edit under the box The event. Under Editing of selection after registration, set May participants edit their choices? to Yes or choose Set editing deadline if you want to specify a time limit.
Participants access their registration through the link to their order confirmation.
On the order confirmation/overview page, they will see two options:
- Edit personal details – to update their personal information.
- Edit registration – to update the choices they made during sign-up.
If you need to send participants a direct link to update their registration, you can insert it into an email:
Go to Communication → Emails, create a new email template and click Insert link. In the link dialog, choose Select a page on the website and select Order confirmation from the dropdown. This inserts a personal link that takes the participant directly to their registration.
