If a participant has been registered in the wrong participant category, you can easily move them to another category.
Go to Participants → Participant list, and click the participant’s name. Click Change participant category on the right side. In the window that opens, select Reset and register yourself. Click Select next to Participant category and choose the correct category from the dropdown menu. Complete the rest of the registration, select whether a new order confirmation should be sent, and click Save.
The participant is now registered in the new category.
The registration will be reset when the participant category is changed. If the participant has already made selections (e.g. options or accommodation), make sure to review and remember them, as you will need to manually re-enter these selections before saving.
