If you’ve forgotten your username or password, click Forgotten username or password? on the login page.
You’ll be asked to enter the email address linked to your user profile. Once you click Send, you’ll receive an email with your username, name of your organization, and a link to reset your password.
Follow the link to update your profile and create a new password. Make sure the new password meets the minimum requirements, then click Update at the bottom of the page.
