Where can I see failed emails?

If you’ve sent out emails, you can check if any emails failed to send and resend them if needed. To view your email dispatches:

Click on Communication → Click Sent Emails.

Here, you’ll see an overview of all sent emails for your event.

In the table, the far-right column will show if any emails failed. If you see a “1” or another number in a yellow field, click on the number for more details.

In the new window, you’ll find information on which participant didn’t receive the email, their email address, and the cause of the failure. Errors may be easy to spot, like a typo, but sometimes the reason might be unclear.

To fix the error, update the participant’s email address by checking the box next to their name, and click Update and resend the selected. The new email will be sent to the updated address.

If you can’t spot the error, you can always try sending the email again to see if the issue was related to traffic or technical issues at the time.
