We have updated Conference Manager with several new features that make it even easier to manage invoicing, participant categories, and payouts.
Here’s an overview of the most important updates:
Peppol Integration – send secure E-invoices directly
It is now possible to send e-invoices via Peppol directly from Conference Manager.
How it works:
- Activate E-invoicing (EAN/Peppol) on your event.
- Select the type of organization number you use.
- Fill in the sender ID directly on the event.
- Send e-invoices securely via EAN or Peppol.
Benefits:
- Secure and legally compliant invoicing across the EU.
- Easy setup directly in the system.
Multiple conditions per participant category
We now introduce the ability to add multiple conditions to the same participant category.
Previously, you could only attach one condition to a participant category – now you can add several different conditions that participants must accept when registering for a specific category.
This makes it easy to handle, for example, general terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and sponsor agreements within the same participant category.
Periodic payouts
With the new periodic payout feature, you can now decide for yourself when you want the surplus from your events to be paid out.

- Full flexibility over your finances.
- Option for continuous payouts if you host many events.
- Easier administration of event revenues.
