Why can’t my participant enter an electronic address (e.g. EAN, GLN or Peppol ID)?

The field for entering an electronic address (such as a GLN, EAN or Peppol ID) is locked until the Country field has been selected for the order responsible in the registration form. The system needs to know which country the order responsible belongs to in order to display the correct address format.

Ask your participant to make sure the country is selected for the order responsible – the field will then become available.
