If the same email address appears more than once across the lists in your event, you can review the registrations in one overview.
Participants → Other lists → Duplicate emails.
In the overview, you can see information such as the participant’s name, order ID and the list on which the registration appears. Click a participant’s name to open and review their personal details. From here, you can delete the registration if necessary.
A duplicate email address does not always mean that a registration should be removed. For example, if multiple registrations using the same email address are permitted for the event, several participants may have registered with a shared email address. Always review the registrations before making any changes.
