When sending invitations out from Conference Manager, you can include a link to your event’s website where participants can sign up. There are various ways to invite people to your event. Here, we focus on invitations sent from the system where you want to link to your event’s website.
Insert signup link in invitation
- Select Invite and remind in the menu.
- Click on Invitations.

On this page, you can write an invitation template by clicking on Set up new invitation or opening an existing template. Follow the next steps once your template is set up and you are ready to insert an invitation link:
- Place the cursor in the text field where you want your invitation link.
- Click on Insert link in the toolbar.
- Enter link text, e.g., “Sign up here”.

The link address should remain on Select a page on the website.
- Click on the drop-down menu and select Sign up (directly to the registration page).
- Click Save and also save the template.

Insert front page link in invitation
If you have created a front page for the event, you can also direct participants to this page.
- Follow the same steps as above until you need to choose the link address.
- In the drop-down menu, link to The Event (Event description) instead.

When your invitees click on the link, they will land on the selected page.
Since they accessed the link through the invitation, it remains a personal invitation, and the uploaded information will still appear when they access the registration process.
Be sure to test the entire process before sending out your invitation.
