Why do I have to confirm my IP address when logging in?

When logging into your account from a new IP address, you’ll need to confirm your identity as part of our two-factor verification process. This extra step helps protect your account and the data you can access.

This message typically appears if you’re working from a new location or have switched to a different Wi-Fi connection. Other reasons might include changes related to your router, internet service provider, or the use of a proxy.

To complete the login, you’ll receive an SMS with a verification code sent to the mobile number linked to your user profile. Simply enter the code to proceed. If you’re unsure which phone number is connected to your profile, you can see the last digits displayed during the process.

If you don’t receive the SMS, please reach out to our Customer Success team for assistance.
