- Complete the relevant settings, including the Registration fee if the Early bird category should have a reduced price.
- Under Automatic opening and closing, leave the Activation date and time empty if the category should be available as soon as registration opens.
- Enter the Deactivation date and time for when the Early bird category should close.
- Click Save.

- Set the Standard category’s Activation date and time to exactly match the Early bird category’s Deactivation date and time.
