To ensure the best visual result in your event designs, we recommend using the image sizes listed below. The suggested dimensions vary depending on where the image is used and which theme you have selected in the Website Designer.
Please note that using unnecessarily large images can negatively impact performance. If a file is too heavy, it may slow down page load times or delay email delivery — and in some cases, large email images might not be accepted by certain inboxes. When adding images to emails, we also recommend using images in their actual size rather than scaling them down in the editor, as this does not reduce the file size.
For best results, we recommend using JPG files for photos and images with many colors, as they provide good quality with a smaller file size. For logos, icons, or graphics with transparency, PNG is recommended, as it preserves sharp edges and backgrounds.
