To ensure the best visual result in your event designs, we recommend using the image sizes listed below. The suggested dimensions vary depending on where the image is used and which theme you have selected in the Website Designer.
Unnecessarily large images can slow down page load times or delay email delivery. Some inboxes may also reject emails containing very large images. When adding images to emails, use them at their actual size instead of scaling them down in the editor, as scaling does not reduce the file size.
Provides good visual quality with a smaller file size.
Preserves sharp edges and transparent backgrounds.
WebP and SVG files cannot be uploaded to the Media Library. Use our image checker to convert them to JPG or PNG.

Header: use the recommended width. A header image adjusts to the width of the screen.
Background in section: A background image in a section is not scaled. It is shown at its own size from the left edge, so on screens narrower than the recommended width the right side is cut off. The recommended widths fit the widest screen in each group: desktop, tablet and mobile. Keep important content in the left part of the image.
