Test emails let you check how your email looks in an inbox, including its layout, text and images.
Personalised links, such as links to registration pages, order confirmations or material downloads, depend on a specific recipient in Conference Manager. They therefore cannot be tested correctly in a test email.
The same applies to personal details, such as first name and last name. These fields need information from a specific recipient and may not display correctly in a test email.
How to test personalised links and fields
Add yourself to the relevant invitation or participant list, then send the email to yourself as a normal recipient. This lets you check the links and personal details using your own information.
